If you are not happy with your item we would be happy to refund or exchange it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Send us an email at email@example.com with the details of your order and details of the item you wish to exchange it with (in case of exchange).
- You will be responded to within two working days with instructions to send the goods back.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved then your request will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. For exchange, we will refund the difference(if any) and ship the new item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
